Once we figure out what package works best for you, a signed contract and $1,000 retainer secures your date and officially gets you on the calendar.

Your full gallery follows within three to four weeks, thoughtfully edited and delivered as a complete, cohesive record of the day. Everything is shared clearly and consistently, without long waits or uncertainty, so you can return to your images easily and often.

The planning we do ahead of time allows the day to move smoothly, which means you are not being pulled aside constantly or worrying about what comes next. You stay where you want to be, and I take care of the rest.
You don’t have to know what to do! That’s my job. I create an environment where you feel comfortable and confident, guiding you just enough so nothing feels forced. My approach is about capturing what’s already there so you feel like yourselves. The focus stays on comfort and ease.

Clear timelines and responsible handling are a non negotiable part of how I work. You will receive sneak peeks within 24 hours and your full gallery within three to four weeks.
From the moment your wedding day begins, your images are protected. My cameras record to dual memory cards for immediate backup. Files are stored securely on multiple hard drives and delivered through a private online gallery. Your images remain archived even after delivery.

Kayla was my wedding photographer and did the engagement session as well. She was very attentive and had great vision. On our wedding day, she didn't miss a moment; it was like she was everywhere, and we didn't even notice. Most importantly, the photos were beautiful -- I've gotten so many compliments about how great they looked. Kayla also got our photos to so fast -- she sent a preview before noon the day after the wedding and had all the photos back within a month! She is an amazing and talented photographer. She is personable, professional and prompt. She truly goes the extra mile to get the right photos. She is extremely down to earth and extremely communicative which is so helpful during the crazy wedding planning process. My husband is not a fan of picture taking but he really enjoyed Kayla’s approach. Our entire bridal party have made it a point to tell us both that they really enjoyed our photographer. Kayla kept up with all of our antics but was also able to reel everyone in which was needed with a huge bridal party. 10/10, absolutely recommend!
