When I talk about making your engagement session personal, this is exactly what I mean. Natalie and Mike invited me to photograph their session on the land where their future home is currently being built. There’s no better location than one that already means something to you! Standing on the same dirt where they’ll build their life together added an undeniable depth to every image.

We laughed, explored and celebrated not only this season of being engaged but the season to come! Building a life, literally from the ground up. This session was proof that you don’t need a grand location or elaborate plan to make your photos meaningful. Just the right place, the right light and a story that’s uniquely yours.
