Carli and Walter got married just six minutes from my home (talk about a dream commute) at one of Chester County’s most gorgeous new venues: Westwynd Gardens. Right in Honey Brook, PA, this elegant, family-owned venue is quickly making a name for itself as one of the best wedding venues in the area and I’m about to show you why!
From the very beginning, Carli dreamed of a wedding day that felt romantic, relaxed, and magical. Full of soft florals, joyful children (Lots of them!) and special moments. She wanted a day that felt effortlessly beautiful and genuinely connected to the people she loves most. These are the couples that I align so well with, and I’m so grateful that Westwynd Gardens does the same.
Located right in the heart of Chester County, Westwynd Gardens is designed with both beauty and practicality in mind. It was created by a mother-daughter duo, Rene and Sarah, who had a vision to offer couples a year-round wedding venue that embraced the outdoors while protecting against Pennsylvania’s unpredictable weather.
The fully glass-enclosed greenhouse ceremony or cocktail hour space is the magic of Westwynd Gardens. It offers all the light, views and natural beauty of an outdoor wedding, without the stress of a rain plan. Even if the skies turn gray, your ceremony still feels intentional, magical and open to nature. Plan A and Plan B both feel equally beautiful, which is rare and incredibly valuable for couples planning ahead.
The gorgeous weather allowed Carli and Walter to have their ceremony in front of Westwyn’s gorgeous pond.
With its ethereal gardens, elegant indoor spaces and intentional design touches, Westwynd Gardens is perfect for couples dreaming of:
I actually met Carli several years ago through coaching our daughter’s cheer team, so this wedding felt extra close to my heart. I’ve photographed her beautiful family in the past and being there on the day they officially became husband and wife was an absolute honor.
Their wedding was full of family-first moments . Their children, Rowan and Ella, were a huge part of the day, along with a lively crew of cousins. The energy was high, the love was unmatched and the entire day had a grounded rhythm that you can’t always plan, but you definitely feel when it’s there.
Add in that signature June golden light, the Honey Brook breeze that moved through the gardens and the soft color palette of dusty sage, dusty rose, cream, and gray, and you’ve got a day that felt like summer magic.
As a wedding photographer based in Chester County, I cannot recommend Westwynd Gardens enough if you’re searching for a venue that combines beauty, practicality and genuine connection. Their mission of making couples feel like family mirrors the way I approach photography… with intention, connection and a love for real moments.
A few of my favorite features:
Whether you’re planning a spring greenhouse ceremony, a summer garden celebration or a cozy fall reception, Westwynd Gardens is a venue that adapts to your vision without sacrificing style or connection.
If you’re newly engaged and searching for the perfect wedding venue in Chester County, definitely add Westwynd Gardens to your list. And if you’re looking for a photographer who knows the venue, lives just down the road (literally), and values intentional, grounded storytelling, I’d love to connect!
You deserve a wedding day that feels like you from start to finish.
